Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with Wyaas. If the Service does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.
This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan (Building, Traction, or Growth). The 30-day period begins on the date your subscription payment is processed.
Renewals
For monthly subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.
To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from the Billing page inside the app.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@wyaas.com with:
- The email address associated with your Wyaas account
- The date of the charge
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you also want a refund, please contact us separately.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no charge and therefore no refund applies.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 30 days after the initial payment (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
- Charges that were clearly communicated in advance and accepted during checkout
