1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wyaas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wyaas is a cloud-based financial intelligence platform that allows businesses to connect their accounting data, generate financial reports, and create investor-ready summaries. Features include QuickBooks Online integration, IFRS-compliant reporting, multi-company consolidation, and financial 1-pager templates.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the security of your password
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Wyaas offers the following subscription tiers:

Free — $0/month, limited features
Building — $9.99/month
Traction — $29.99/month
Growth — $69.99/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent financial data
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to infringe any third party's intellectual property rights

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you upload or connect to Wyaas. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable laws and that you have the right to share it with us.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Wyaas and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the financial data displayed will be accurate. Wyaas is not a licensed accounting, tax, or financial advisory service. Reports generated by Wyaas are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
